Cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out; appliances inside and out
Tubs, showers, toilets, sinks and fixtures scrubbed and polished
Floors vacuumed and mopped, baseboards and door frames wiped

How a final clean is priced by size
The rate per square foot drops as the house grows. Your written number lists your own lot.
Under 1,800 sq ft
Townhomes, duplex units and small homes. The glass and bathrooms take the same crew time in a small house.
1,800–3,500 sq ft
Most production homes. One crew, usually one day.
Over 3,500 sq ft
Custom homes. Often two days, and a lower rate per foot.
How a final clean goes
- 01
Step 1: A site check with your super
The lead confirms the trades are off, the utilities are on and the AC is running, then walks the list.
- 02
Step 2: Top floor down
Glass and fixtures first, then cabinets and appliances, then floors last, so nothing is walked on twice.
- 03
Step 3: The lead walks the house
Each room is checked against the list before the crew packs up.
- 04
Step 4: Photos and a sign-off sheet
Your super gets the photo list by text and a sheet to sign or send back. That sheet is the start of the walkthrough.
What we need first, and what we leave to the trades
Before we arrive
All trades off site, or told when we're in
Water and power on, and the AC running
Paint touch-ups done and dry
A lockbox or your super on site; the code by text
What we don't do
Scrape dried paint, caulk or thinset (a trade's job)
Pressure-wash the exterior, driveway or patio
Mold, asbestos or silica-dust work
Clean rooms where trades are still working
Questions about this stage
How long does a final clean take?
Most homes take one crew one day. Large or custom homes take two. The quote says which.
Do you clean the outside of the glass?
Not in the standard scope. Exterior glass and high windows are a separate line on the quote.
What if the walkthrough finds a miss?
If the item is ours, we come back and fix it at no charge, within two business days of getting your list. The terms are on the site policies page.
