How we work on your site

Access and keys

A lockbox, or your superintendent on site. We ask for the code by text once the date is set, never in a form. We lock up and text you when we leave.

Power, water and the AC

We need power and water, and from the final clean on, the AC running. If something isn't on, the lead calls your super before starting, and waiting time is written on the quote.

Dust

We vacuum before we wipe. No leaf blowers and no compressed air inside a house.

Debris

Scrap, tape and packaging go in bags and stay by your dumpster or at the curb. We don't haul unless the quote has a haul-off line.

If something breaks

The lead tells your super the same day and sends a photo. Damage we cause is handled through our general liability insurance. Damage that was already there goes on the check-in photos.

The walkthrough list and our return visit

Send us the list within five business days of our final clean. Items that are ours, we come back and fix at no charge, on a visit scheduled within two business days of getting the list. Items from other trades we note on your list for them.

Moving a date

Move a visit up to 4 p.m. the business day before at no charge. After that, or if the site isn't ready when the crew arrives, a call-out charge applies; the amount is on your quote.

Crews work like a trade on your site

Every crew signs in with your super, wears gloves, masks around dust and non-slip shoes, and puts a wet-floor sign on a mopped floor.

What we stay away from

  • Roofs, scaffolds and lifts; we use step ladders and extension poles

  • Mold, asbestos, silica dust and anything hazardous; a licensed firm handles those

  • Rooms where a trade is still working
