Three cleans, and what rides along with each

  • Rough clean

Debris bagged, floors vacuumed and dust off every ledge, after drywall and trim and before paint and flooring.

    Rough clean details
  • Final clean

Every room, top to bottom, once the trades are done and before the walkthrough.

    Final clean details
  • Touch-up clean

A short return visit after the punch list closes, so the keys go over on a clean house.

    Touch-up details
  • Glass, tracks and screens

Part of the final clean and priced inside it. Stickers, film and tape come off the glass.

  • Dust control

We vacuum before we wipe and never blow dust around a house. No leaf blowers or compressed air inside.

    How we work on site
  • Debris bagging

Scrap, tape and packaging go in bags and stay by your dumpster. Haul-off is a separate line if you want it.

Not sure which stage the house needs?

Tell us what has been installed and what is still coming. Gonzalo reads that against the schedule and says which of the three stages to book, and which to skip.

A good message has

  • The address and the square feet, if you know them

  • Where the schedule is: drywall, paint, flooring, punch list

  • The date the keys, the buyer or the inspector arrive
