Questions builders ask us
How do you price a post-construction clean?
By stage and by finished square foot, then adjusted for condition, stories and access. The prices page shows what each stage covers, and your written number lists your lot.
Which stage do I need, and when?
Rough after drywall finishing and before paint and flooring; final after the last trade and before the walkthrough; touch-up after the punch list closes. Tell us the schedule and we say which to book.
How do you get into the house?
A lockbox or your superintendent. We ask for the code by text once the date is set, never in a form.
Are you insured, and can you send a certificate?
We keep general liability insurance. A certificate with the limits, made out to your company, goes to your office on request; allow one business day.
What if the walkthrough finds something?
Send the list within five business days of our final clean. Items that are ours, we fix at no charge on a visit within two business days of getting the list. Items from other trades go on your list for them.
Do you haul the debris?
We bag it and stage it by your dumpster or at the curb. Haul-off is a separate line on the quote if you want it.
Can you clean while other trades are working?
A rough clean can run beside trades that aren't in the same room. A final clean and a touch-up are best after the trades leave, and the quote says when.
What happens if we move the date?
Move it up to 4 p.m. the business day before at no charge. After that, or if the site isn't ready, a call-out charge applies. The amount is on the quote.
What don't you do?
Roofs and scaffolds, pressure washing, mold, asbestos or silica-dust work, and scraping dried paint or adhesive. We tell you who to call for those.
Do you speak Spanish?
Gonzalo, Anayeli and Katia do. The other leads and the rest of the office speak English.
